Shorted and/or bought puts on CHS Chico's FAS (apparell), SCH Schwab (broker), CYMI Cymer (semiconductor cap equipment), SIVB Silicon Valley Bank (mixed commercial & I - bank)

There may be a small rally soon, but I want to get in on the downturn.

Yep, no bounce from oversold condition, only leveling off to dissipate it. No buying power. It's partly the summer doldrums, but trending down.

It seems like the 1990's was a period conducive for small and medium size companies. In the last three years, the mega corporations are reaping the benefits. Compare this to today's China where small and mid size companies are thriving.
