Unless you believe there is a massive fraud in progress, Tschop's position is an academic storm in a teacup. At least two Biotech companies and also Bloom's group have moved on to human testing. One of the Biotech's, Nastech [NSTK] recently released Phase 1 data verifying effectiveness of the PYY in weight reduction. I'm quite certain that these companies would not expose themselves to ridicule and legal liability by participating in clinical trial deceptions unless they were really stupid which they're not
