no, we have enough rules, just need to get rid of some liberal judges who don't have the balls to enforce them....

capital punishment would relieve our jail overcrowding problems....

Idiot. A murder is a murder. A person who murders someone as they did Byrd has committed the worst crime possible. How can creating another useless law make the crime any worse.
