Laura Bush was 17 at the time, not a Senator, not (a) drunk, didn't run away from the scene, was unmarried, and was not on the way to a tryst with a campaign worker. The driver of the car was in a Corvair and was ejected because he was not wearing a seatbelt.

How's that for fair and balanced?
