I did some searching and I find Arktos (inverse Nasdaq 100)(RYACX), Ursa (inverse S&P 500)(RYUCX) funds & Inverse Small Cap (Russell 2000)(RYCQX) have a C class with $2,500 min and $1,000 min for IRAs. But, they have a 1% backend sales charge on redemptions! I won't get to use 200% leverage like the big boys but I think I'll pick some up before Mr Market snaps. Richard Russell's commentary sure has been bearish and he's been around a long time, just turned 80, so he's seen a few bear markets and can tell the difference.

What do you think about funds like FAX, FCO & GIM or BEGBX, ICPHX & PSAFX to get some foreign income?
