In case you missed what Kay said: <Bush and Blair "should have been able to tell before the war that the evidence did not exist for drawing the conclusion that Iraq presented a clear, present and imminent threat on the basis of existing weapons of mass destruction."

"That was not something that required a war," he said.>

Jlallen, I remember the many times you wrote "I am waiting for the Kay report" whenever anyone said that the wmd rationale wouldn't stand up. Now you're faced with GST's post that says; In case you missed what Kay said: <Bush and Blair "should have been able to tell before the war that the evidence did not exist for drawing the conclusion that Iraq presented a clear, present and imminent threat on the basis of existing weapons of mass destruction."
"That was not something that required a war," he said.

I'm curious to know whether you're still waiting?
