Thanks, although unfortunately I have dial up....better not, or it would be whirring for hours....Maybe the paper cc would be better....but then again, maybe not. We'll see. It's wise not to try to download it via a dial up modem. Unless you are prepared to leave the computer for about an hour; or have it work in the background downloading but, of course, everything up front moves extremely slowly. This controversy is not going away any time soon, particularly since Fitzpatrick is out there. You'll see chunks of the report quoted back and forth each time this issue heats up. Particularly, so long as the Reps think it states "the facts." The only reason to have your own copy is the check the quotes and the context. There will be lots of mishandling of contextual issues. Perhaps an overnight download.
