my question is why do californians keep voting these people in only to disenfranchise the lib vote through referendum..only to have that overturned by the lib ca court?

definition of insanity...doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result

If for no other reason than to help get some of their heads straight.

The big reason is to cut down on their available time for mischief making. They pass dozens of unnecessary laws every year.
