Interesting...but didn't Bush already retract those words and say that they shouldn't be in the SOTU address?

All this flipping and flopping continues to erode any confidence in the intelligence the President relies on.

Kay's report says that Bush and Blair should have known there were no stockpiles.

What is apparent is that the intelligence cannot be relied on.
