The Afghans I know in the US would sell their sister for $50 million. Except she wouldn't really be their sister.

It only took $2 million to get Mir Amal Kansi, who killed two CIA employees in 1993. That was a big "insult" too, but the "Afghan individuals" who turned him in managed to get over it.
