"Afraid that we'd find out whether the stuff was taken completely out of context...."
Completely?
Where is your source for this all encompassing statement?
You complain that others don't supply their source yet make blanket statements with no sources what so ever.

The question at hand is did or did not Bush, Blair, and others present their case for invasion in such a way as to be dishonest and rabble rousing.

""Some have argued that the nuclear threat from Iraq is not imminent - that Saddam is at least 5-7 years away from having nuclear weapons. I would not be so certain. And we should be just as concerned about the immediate threat from biological weapons. Iraq has these weapons."
• Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, 9/18/02

"Iraq is busy enhancing its capabilities in the field of chemical and biological agents, and they continue to pursue an aggressive nuclear weapons program. These are offensive weapons for the purpose of inflicting death on a massive scale, developed so that Saddam Hussein can hold the threat over the head of any one he chooses. What we must not do in the face of this mortal threat is to give in to wishful thinking or to willful blindness."
• Vice President Dick Cheney, 8/29/02"

Are these statements taken out of context? Using the time worn excuse that "all the intelligence agencies" claimed that there was a problem doesn't wash because they didn't say go to war.

That was not the link I consulted. There are SCORES of Bush quote locations on the net, and I used more than one. Not the Podesta one, haven't been there.

Face the reality: the quotes are the quotes. Your earlier statement is flatly refuted by them. Don't be sore about it; deal with it.

If in fact ANY of the statements were not actually made (GWB's speeches are available at The White House site), please let me know. If "context" that changes the meaning is missing, please let me know. Otherwise, "sit down."

Oh, the t-shirt that says "I change the subject when I'm losing an argument"?
