IMHO there are two reasons KERRY has missed 80% of the Senate votes. The first is obvious, he is busy campaigning and doesnt put HIS CONSTITUENTS above his own interests. The second is more OMINOUS. He avoids voting to avoid SHOWING his feelings on an issue. That way he can take either side in debate and the PUBLIC wont know the TRUTH until its TOO LATE. Kerry has been careful to flip flop so much that no one knows just how he stands on ANYTHING. jdn
