In the entire list of statements you presented, the only ones saying "Iraq is an imminent threat" were by Ari Fleischer and Scoot whats-his-face, press spokesmen. They goofed. The President and Vice President were extremely careful never to say that, as your quotes show. Furthermore, what they did say, about Iraq being a dangerous user and collector of WMDs, was what they believed at the time, according to every intelligence service in the world. IMO, it is still correct. You will never convince me that a man who had used CW on civilians in the past wouldn't be ready in a moment to do it again.
