I would suspect someone who would believe any unsubstantiated rumor about Bush of anti- Americanism.

I would call that Bush-hatred, not anti-Americanism. If the focus is Bush, I don't see how you can get anti-Americanism out of it, at least not directly.

Would these unsubstantiated rumors about Bush qualify as Anti-Americanism?

1). Bush will replace Cheney at the next convention.
2). Bush had his National Guard records scrubbed.

And, how come all those unsubstantiated rumors about Clinton and the people that were allegedly killed because of Whitewater not anti-Americanism?

I don't see the difference.
