The copy vs original argument is a ruse.

Stealing either is criminal.

For any citizen or visitor going to the National Archives and a reading room and after signing in downstairs showing identity....NO ONE can take a purse or briefcase into the reading rooms...they are put into lockers outside the large room...There is an armed guard at the door, and one at the desk in the room. You can have a pad of paper and a pen, and glasses if need be. That is it.

SO, when Berger goes there....where was the guard? Why was he allowed to have his briefcase? He was the NSA advisor, and KNEW no one was to take anything from the Archives, or any other papers from the Government....WHAT was this man thinking and doing.....???

You're right, unclewest. This matter is serious and should be treated seriously.
