Lawfighter on the Yahoo board will email copies of the complaint against Jake. A second suit has been filed that alleges some different things, as well as a motive: the devaluing of MSD so Jake could buy it on the cheap. Note that MST still holds the transferred IP, and Jake controls MST, but the court action may put all in play. It'll be interesting to watch this develop. One thing that has not happened yet is a shareholder lawsuit against BIOV. With the failure of a similar one a few years ago, against IGEN, shareholders might be reluctant to try again, but things are publicly dirtier now . . .
