I don't think that Clinton was involved in this. He has detached himself from all of that crap of the past. I am reading his book and find that his is very up front and honest about everything that happened in his Presidency.

I don't know why Berger did this ..misguided loyalty.. But I don't believe Bill was involved. We will see as it all unravels.
