but if you borrowed the paper and took it to your apartment and read the tv sched. it be stealing.. seems like this guy took the stuff to office or home.

usually if you want out the door of a retail store it is stealing if you want to look at mdse walk around the store all you want to look at it.

I think you are dancing. You can't "borrow" a paper from a classified file and take it home. That's "theft."

Karen, there are signs in the NA that very carefully say: NOTHING is to leave the room that belongs to the NA....

And Berger knew that. You'd have to be an idiot NOT to know that. THe guards make it very very clear at the NA.

So the question becomes again: What did Berger not want anyone to see???
