I have heard Lew Rockwell speak. He practically hates America, as it is. That's okay, as long as he hates every other country more.

I've never heard Lew Rockwell speak. A few months ago I allowed myself to be sucked into a debate over the causes of the Civil War, and did a lot of reading, both historical sources and modern day analysis, including some Lew Rockwell. Two very good friends of mine agree with Rockwell about Lincoln. I share with Rockwell an admiration for Austrian economics but not to the extent that he does. I think of Austrian economics as being useful and reasonable theories, while he appears to think it's part of the fundamental laws of the universe.
