Berger's defenders say, "so what? There are copies elsewhere," even if something is missing.

WRONG ANSWER! The National Archives is THE OFFICIAL records source. In future years, if there was a discrepancy in between what appears in the National Archives and other "copies," the Archives would be cited and believed as the CORRECT source. In fact, people doing research wouldn't even bother checking the other places. They'd go only to the National Archives, and a discrepancy probably never would even be uncovered.

Berger and all the other Clintonistas know that, and Berger likely revised the historical record with his document-stuffed pants and socks.
