All I would say now is this is another security lapse. If the workers at the archive saw him take the papers then why did they not challenge him at the exit. I find it hard to believe that they did not challenge him then. Besides it happened in October of 2003. IT took them 10 months to bring it out into the public? Very well timed isn't it? Just before the 9/11 commission report is to be made public, about 4 months before the Presidential elections. Can you believe that it is so well timed. The last I know of such things occurred was during Hitler's Germany.
