I don't remember that one, but it certainly has, uh, shall we say character? I just looked at my pocket calculator and it doesn't have any feet. How disappointing. It's barefootin'. I'll never look at calculators in the same way again.
Maybe the Rockwell had on earth shoes and they both went the way of the Dodo together.

I just love those "little rubber feet"..... In fact, they sort of make me think of rubber chickens, and poor little rubber duckies that don't have any at all but most assuredly must wish they had some.... ;-}

I have NO idea how I found this..but yes..you are right. I remember the lyrics slightly differently but you are correct. At the time (1976) I was a DJ at WEBO in Owego, NY and our news network (Mutual) had what seemed to be a very large buy from them and the jingle was infectious! I loved it!
