Yes, it is. And you notice the false premise. Under that definition, they could force us to wear gauze masks, because we could give each other the flu.

Docs call them donor cycles. Head dead but the organs can be transplanted. I road a few in my younger years, never liked a helmet because it blocked the view of what the person in the car in the next lane was doing.
