mostly agree with her comments - the main differences that the saving rate is substantially higher than in the US and there is not an overburden of debt as in the US.

Further a renter there keeps his home in good repair contrary to the US that rented apartment get transformed to trash within 7 to 12 years more so if they are owned by an overextended landlord or it is located in what is called "inner cites".

As to work - their problem is big restriction and high starting cost for a new business and yes entrepreneurship is low mostly because the extreme greediness prevailing in the US is not so prevalent and they do not have OUR brand of disgraceful CEO's and more so those in the Tech sector

Europe have their own set of deceitful people – they are in Politics and not in the corporate leadership and WS as in the US
