Bush Sr. in 1999 stated that outing any CIA agent is an act of treason. Remember that Bush Sr. was head of the CIA and actually respected CIA agents. His son however seems to have forgotten this, partisan political attacks being the only warfare he seems to care about. I saw a clip of Bush Sr. saying these words on TV. They played it over and over when the Wilson-Plame scandal first broke. GW then claimed he would get to the bottom of it and ever since he and his White House have stonewalled and tried to make us forget it, now going so far as to try and smear the victims. Typical OJ lawyer type tactic.
