you may find this a totally foreign concept
but I seek out smarter people to make as friends constantly
how do you think I was able to learn a few things?
do you?

I have made 5-6 new friends in the editor world in the last six months
very satisfying
right now I am learning about Saudi Arabia, Russia, and Venezuela from one guy
he is an energy expert

I am about done defending myself to you
I read your posts and find almost no depth at all
in it I find no dynamic revelations, nothing which breaks from the conventional (80-90% wrong over time)

just invective and political crappla

I am not the smartest guy I know
I try to surround myself constantly with smarter people
so I can learn
I try to befriend people whose skills outshine mine in other areas
like lunch last week with a young former manager of mine
he is one smart dude, who is great at handling multiple projects and multiple people
we talked about how he balances, from which I learned
I learned a few things from another writer in Florida this spring
he had a fresh perspective on Asian Central Banks which was very revealing
I talked a few weeks ago with a writer guy who had a good grip on money supply times money velocity, from which I learned

do you learn from others, or just dictate to them?

the psych professional world keys in on something you need to examine
you make accusations and leaps and occasional STRAW DOGS
take a look at yourself a little more
I do all the time, and listen to my friends on feedback
