Good post. Right now we have to wait for the parties to OK platforms for the candidates, and after the conventions we may actually be told where they stand and what they will do...

I doubt he is covering up anything. this has all been covered for several years.
I think we should talk about current events and what kerry and bush are planning to do in the next four years. not talk about vietnam or getting drunk in maine thirty years ago. They were kids back then. If folks are interested in the candidates why are they not discussing what they will accomplish for the country during the next term. talking about rumor doesn't get to the meat of the election. imo

for example does Bush plan to drop a bomb on Iran nuke plants? What does Kerry plan to do with Iran if they continue and start making nukes?

I think if he had credibility he probably could do that with much support. He shot himself and America in the foot though, so we'll have to wait for President Kerry to handle Iran IMO.
I think we will see Kerry being positive about America, and I expect him to do a good job in January.
