You are so correct, MrL....Someone like Sandy Berger should have simply known better, but evidently thought the rules were for others, not for him.

I wonder if Kerry knew.....it appears that Clinton knew (he said he had known for months....so most probably so did Hillary. I really think that this smacks of her handiwork (done by her minnions of course, not by hers.) I truly don't think she wants Kerry to win, and this way, it would be a win-win for her....Get Kerry out of the 2008 picture, and a good chance to blame the Repubs for the leak....again...

Evidently the investigation has been ongoing since at least February of this year. The "sticky fingers" happened last July, Sept, and Oct....I am sure there are many at the Archives who have been interviewed as well as staffers and principals of the 9-11 Commission.
