with berger out, wesley clark will now have a shot at defense or security. mrs. clinton will be offered state and will refuse. gebhardt will be labor. rangel will be offered a cabinet job and refuse because he is praying for a Fox News slot. american sister will be offered the press comm slot, but will hold out for house keeper of the Lincoln Bedroom.

Berger stopped the Milennium Plot to blow up LAX and was fully engaged against terror, unlike Condi Rice who literally ignored terrorism along with her office after taking power (see Richard Clarke's testimonies under oath).

Berger took a paper or two he shouldn't have but the papers were of no cover-up value whatsoever as he knew they were only copies. Furthermore, the case had been going on for months and the timing of the leak (who leaked? why not step forward? same person who leaked the ID of the CIA undercover agent Plame?) is crassly cynical, an attempt to defray some of the blame for 9-11 when it was Bush and Bush only who is responsible. The buck stops there and it was on his watch after he ignored many warnings.
