The leaker of the Berger affair is the one to blame.
That's your culprit. Berger did not do anything nefarious, but whomever is trying to distract the public from the 9-11 commission report by leaking this is trying to harm us.

The fact is, Bush let 9-11 happened and could have stopped it. Berger was fully engaged against terrorism and stopped the Mellenium plot to blow up LAX. Bush and Rice didn't even mention the word terrorism publicly until after 9-11. They ignored terrorism, as Richard Clarke told us.
