There is a big difference between hand written notes and intelligence documents. I won't waste any more time educating you to that fact.

We are in agreement on that. And Berger has admitted that he intentionally took his notes with him. This could be a problem for him indeed.

It seems that many of the documents in question he authored. I don't quite understand the reason why notes would be prohibited, As some people have remarkable memories and need no notes. But the law is the law, and if Berger violated the law he will have to face the consequences, just as the person that outed Plame will have to...right?
