Blair also said they had uncovered 400,000 bodies -- now he says that is not true, and the count is more like 5,000. Blair also said Saddam could deploy chmical waepons in 45 minutes. In the absence of evidence, what we should have learned by now is that there have been an abundance of wild-eyed claims passed off as "intelligence", and the British are right up there as major offenders.

good to hear from you Hawk, it appears from several different sources that the Iraqi people, specifically the security forces, with our guidance and training are starting to get a handle on protecting their own interests. I look forward to hearing any input that you might be able to share with us on that subject. Wilson is now completely discredited././. I suspect he was good buds with S. Hi Hawk....Hope all is well with you...It's been hot here...this weekend was 95+, so I can't even imagine what it is like where you are ....temperature wise, and other wise... Any particular pieces of news we can gather for you? Did get my copy of the 9-11 report today....evidently it's in it's 2nd printing already...has sold over 800,000 cc's so far. Speaking of books, did you ever read any of Vince Flynn's books...? They're fiction, thriller types like Ludlum, but I think better....Uncanny how he in 1997 and 1999 could write so accurately about some of the events that are happening today....and some that might happen...
