CHICAGO (CBS.MW) -- The U.S. Treasury market spent a third consecutive day on the defensive, with prices ending lower Wednesday after a second round of optimistic talk on the economy from Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan. Traders and analysts said the market, which rallied last week, was caught off guard by Greenspan's apparent disregard for weak economic data for June.
