Ocra, like all gov. buildings in the DC area, they are all minorities. Shit the National Gallery of Art has over 200 black guards and paintings are stolen all the time, years ago they had about 25 white guards and never lost a painting. Workfare, part of LBJ's greeat society, get used to it, you guys created it.

I've gone through original WWII documents still marked classified at the National Archives in College Park. They handed me 12 boxes of stuff to go through. None of it was really classified anymore but nobody took the time to remark it. So to make copies an employee remarks that stuff. On leaving the archives a guard searches thru all your stuff. They don't do a strip search. They examine your photocopies and look for original documents that are in plain sight. What Berger did was shove the stuff down his pants so that the guards wouldn't see it. I'm sorry but shoving docs down your pants isn't a "mistake" like Berger claims. Thats an act of deception to steal classified documents. Thats a serious crime.
