<<I didn't realize that was allowed....>>

It makes the "dilution to purchasers in the offering" table look more interesting (:-

No reason it can't be done. Under writers don't usually go for it in a big way because it might send a signal and it means less proceeds up front for the issuer. Doesn't mean a lockup is not still in place for those and other sellers who didn't/couldn't take advantage.

Like you, I'm interested in ARIA now that it came back.

20X potential, straight face......

ARIA
MYGN
PARS
KOSN (ugh)

20X potential, face......

EXEL (came back 25%)
PTN (although I wanted it at three even)
RIGL (don't know them well enough, but I'm gonna)
GNVC

20X potential, you can slug me in the face.....

VPHM (but maybe Wyethites would be chuckle-silly at the idea)
ARQL (did the company go on vacation in '03, and never return?)

note: I don't own all of the above, and at least one company has trouble focusing on projects with real potential. In addition to VPHM, that is.

:-)

Yes, not 20-bagger material.... GENE. However, we did ask about "son of MOGN" candidates, and MOGN did a 12X-plus, thus far. Peter nominated CTIC, and we know that Erik liked (likes?) it.

Nope, sorry.... nothing that you haven't heard about, over and over. But I'm planning to sober up any day, and I'll start to study companies when I do.

It's '04, correct?
