Well changing one's mind is one thing. Changing your voter registration is completely different, obviously. The NY registration is still active and useable to vote. So is the Michigan one where there is no such thing as an independent according to the article. I didn't see any changes in party affiliation on paper. No way to know who he votes, but thats not party affiliation either.
