I did a quick comparison of the income statements for LRCX and NVLS. The biggest difference was $63M R & D for NVLS, $49M for LRCX. My expectation about CMP was realized, today. Once again, LRCX is one of the better semi equip companies, but it is not in the same league with AMAT and NVLS. Then again, no others are in that league.
