We're still the only industrialized country that does not have health care.

BS. there you go again. it's health insurance that some don't have, not health care.

This is the argument that because all your play pals jumped off the roof and broke their legs, you should too. Nice, except that it evades the issue of showing the proposed idea is a good idea.

The majority of nations are dictatorships of one sort or another. So, since you believe in the validity of this style of reasoning, you should have absolutely no grounds for objection should Deranged prove to be right and GWB do a coup and turn the US into a dictatorship. Right?

Until people from all over the world stop wanting to move here, legally or illegally, I have to assume that we're the world leader that others look to.

We have health care, alright. Healthcare that people from all over the world come here to receive.

As soon as people start emigrating from the US to elsewhere, especially Canada and those rich and lovely European countries that you and others love to mention, and as soon as sick people here start flocking to other countries for the benefits of their health care systems, I might believe you.

But, as of today, US families aren't emigrating from the US to either Canada or Europe because of their superior healthcare or other economic virtues.

You're an example, and also a fricking joke.
