The expectation will be incresed taxes on businesses, disincentives for businesses to research and development and invest in the future, cuts to defense research and development, and cuts to intelligence services. This has been the Kerry voting legacy. Kerry will try to "invest in people". But the people he will invest in don't provide jobs, don't provide research, don't provide development, don't have visionary ideas, aren't willing to learn difficult skills, aren't willing to start at the bottom and work their way up..they want to just start at the top.
