So let's see.

Kerry et. al decided to stiff arm Hillary.
That backfired and he had to invite her to speak.

He "didn't have a clue" about Berger and the
investigation. Did he not ask any questions?
All the veeps in the stakes were vetted to
the hilt, why not a few questions of Berger?
This should not have been a surprise.

Especially in Washington, the leak capitol.

Things like this make Kerry look reactive
rather than proactive. Since they're rather
simple things, and involve politics only,
it's interesting how inept he is.

Brokaw: "Did you know that [Berger] was under investigation?"
Kerry: "I didn't have a clue, not a clue."
Brokaw: "He didn't share that with you?
Kerry: "I didn't have a clue."


I saw that interview and found it interesting that Kerry evaded Brokaw's direct question "He didn't share that with you?"

Based on the response, can we now say Kerry is simply "clueless"?
