According to your application of Creeds on the same spiritual level with the Word of God - the Cannon of Scripture would never have closed. If the works and creeds of the church are as valid by the work of the spirit then they ought to be added to the bible. The bible will eventually become a library according to your understanding of what God is doing concerning revelation to man. Church Leaders did not and do not have the same Authority as did those ordained Apostles. I can prove that from scripture if you like. Brian
