A jeep could very well be considered a weapon, especially if it's used for ramming purposes or just simply running over your enemy. Do you really want to keep carrying this argument on?

Agent Orange is a weapon and a defoliant just as electrical shock is abuse AND torture. Go ahead, have the last word.....sheesh!
