Better jobs require better skills, skills that foreign workers do not have in large quantities. These skills I'm talking about are English communication skills. Those skills are and will always be in high demand if you can combine that with some specialized or technical skills. People that are not willing to learn difficult technical skills or improve their reading and writing skills they are going to be left in the dust. Nobody owes people who cannot read and write above the 7th grade level jobs as computer programmers, lawyers and engineeers.
