The most important poll is that about 58% of Americans view Bush as having misled us about the war, and believe we are on the wrong track in general. That number should translate to Kerry votes, at least 95% of it. As Zogby says, so long as Kerry-Edwards are seen as acceptable, most undecideds (and they're only about 10%) should swing Kerry's way. Nader looks like a non-factor this time as he'll be on few ballots and is busy taking money and helkp from the rightwing. Howard Dean and others will hold him accountable for doing that. Also, I read that maybe 2% of Republicans will vote Libertarian this time. They like small government and Bush's is the biggest ever.
