No, you don't. Yes that is an important piece of the solution. But what do want to do with the air intel? You still need real people on the coastline to do the work. If McDonalds can get an order, have it linked to a call center out of state, beam it to the cashier immediately, and have the food ready in the same time, you can bet your bippee that air intel can be beamed to an appropriate place, and checked as fast. And BTW..........Where did you think you were going to get these new coast guard and patrol men to hire....Did you forget they have to have graduated from high school, and have advanced work as well? And little things like speaking English well enough to be understood very clearly is just an aside. You do know that the US population birthrate in 1970 was Zero Growth, don't you?
