T, Everyone of size has backup at far-removed locations, all of which can be run on great big Duracell Batteries. When they rob a bank, they always head for the safe deposit boxes. Since they aren't insured and aren't part of the bank's capital, the FBI just goes through the motions on chasing the robbers.
