Every official Bush has appointed apparently has it. It is no accident that there are MORE CLINTON/GORE scandals, even today, than have ever been turned up on Bush. In fact, there has YET to be a bonafide scandal involving the administration -- while the CIA agent name leak is purportedly a scandal, it really is starting to reek of Leftist politics, so EVEN THAT is apparently not the result of misbehavior. It is, in fact, a fundamental difference between the parties -- but there are some Republicans who have integrity problems as well. Just not as many.
