I might be a buyer. A value play at these prices. Nokia can't possibly screw up as much in the future as it has in the past--I think.

Lesson learned by many an investor.. Never place an investment bet on arrogant management. They would rather scuttle the ship, than step down for a new Captain.

Scorched Earth policies.. so to speak!

But, I do think they can make a comeback in the Rubber Galoshes Segment.

The most ironic thing is... For years Qualcomm investors pined for the day that Nokia would "capitulate" and agree to use Qualcomm chips in their User Terminals.... The thought being that such news would cause a large spike in Qualcomm's share price.... However, I think with the black cloud that now surrounds Nokia these days... Such an announcement would cause Qualcomm's stock price to plummet.
