Kerry's trying to be a "man of the people" with his 24 Hour Fitness image. The Harley was all part of it. I have no doubt that he truly loves most of this stuff, but he's trying too hard to mimic Clinton's "Image is everything" politics.

You sure are working hard to find flaws with this guy... at least all you make him guilty of is trying to fight back with the GOP version of his image....

Clinton was totally unathletic......unless you consider extramarital sex exercise.

When on his Harley, Kerry is trying to be one of the guys........the one thing Bush has that Kerry doesn't. But Kerry can give up that gig now........Edwards has enough charisma for the both of them and it makes up for the fact that neither is one of the guys.
