If I put in a stop and the broker failed to execute as directed, I'd drop them in a heartbeat.

This was a 'live' platform that I was hooked up to via a T1 line out of my work PC. That was how they marketed the product: BE part of the live ECN world and enter orders real time with them! One can place limit 'rules' into Cybertrader software and when the price is hit the rule is supposed to execute and do the task real time. In my case is was to sell my entire position at the market until I was flat when a certain price was hit. When I got back, I saw it had started the task but then got 'hung' up in some kind of loop and ultimately just died. If you call to complain they suggest never leaving your PC. Great LOL no chit, but I had no choice and an odd thing for a system touted for prof. reliabilty to say in any event. Total amtr. hour!
